How do I cancel an appointment?
We require 24 hours notice for cancelation, if you no show or cancel your appointment within 24 hours you are responsible for paying for your booked service. Please call the salon at (587) 461-9854.

Do I need to schedule a consultation?
No, you can book in for your service and a consultation is always included in the service, but consults are complimentary so if you are looking for advice and would like to come in for a consultation before you book your service appointment you are more than welcome.

Does Strut offer any sort of referral or rewards program?
Yes! For every client that you refer, you will receive $10 off your next service.
Check in to your appointment on Facebook and receive 10% off retail.
